U.S. Open Tennis Championships
As a credential supervisor, I was responsible for managing credentials issuance at the U.S. Open Tennis Championships 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021. Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Serving as a relationship manager for key partners and vendors including ATP World Tour, WTA, Tennis Australia, All England Lawn and Tennis Club, JP Morgan Chase and ESPN
Coordinating credentials for full-time USTA staff and their family members
Training new staff members in Credential Management and Application systems
Drafting new templates to streamline application process for future USTA events
Experience with Covid 19 testing protocols and tracking procedures
U.S. Open Squash Championships
As the Tournament Services Manager, I was the primary player and vendor liaison. Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Player registration
Practice court coordination across four major squash venues across Philadelphia
Physio appointment scheduling
Media and approved guest credentials
J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions
Primary player liaison for 112 professional athletes competing in world’s largest squash championship. Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Managing credentials for all players and guests
Arranging bookings for player courts and physio appointments
Coordinating player appearances at tournament associated special events
Troubleshooting logistics and player needs to ensure player comfort and satisfaction
Collaborating with the Professional Squash Association to maximize player security and welfare
TCS New York City Marathon
Athlete liaison for professional athletes participating in the New York City Marathon and Half Marathon. Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Providing services in the hospitality suite
Coordinating player attendance at required workshops
Player registration and credentials
Race Day athlete tracking
Managing award distribution to top 20 finishers
